About this location

Our house is set on an acre of land with gated off street parking for 10 cars. We back onto farmers fields and have 2 outbuildings, one is a fully equipped gym and the other is a recording/music studio with a bathroom (both buildings can be accessed from each side of the house). We have 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 spare bedrooms downstairs which would make ideal dressing rooms or places to store equipment. We have a large games room and bar with draft beer......pool table, table tennis, darts and table football. We also have a cinema room and office downstairs. The kitchen/living area allows around 16 to sit comfortably and eat plus a large sofa area. We have a large outdoor, weatherproof living area with seating, dining table, pizza oven, double sided log burner and fitted barbecue. At the other side of the house we have an Asian inspired sunken in seating area with a fire pit - this area is a sun trap but has retractable awnings for shade. It also has a large hand carved Thai wall behind it which provides an amazing backdrop.
