Host managed 5 miles from Central London

About this location

Single-family, cosy not cluttered, home with it's large open plan ground floor design and layout is ideal for photo and film shoots. As featured on a few occassions on 'Houzz' and Sarah Beeny's 'Renovate don't Relocate' for our quirky flooring and country-chic style moveable kitchen island, this house is no stranger to film, music videos and photo shoots, having been used for many projects including ITN Productions for Channel 4, Thames TV and once upon a time a Heinz soup commercial. Our eclectic, colourful 1930's house and family home is in Earlsfield, Wandsworth, Southwest London.

Room breakdown

Recently renovated with a contemporary rear extension, loft conversion and an architecturally designed, very spacious openplan unfitted kitchen and dining area, spilling out in to our newly landscaped garden/ outdoor living space, featuring a built in seating corner, a fold away full-size table tennis table, a BBQ and a fire pit. The 'cottage core' kitchen island is fully movable - enabling you to create the space you want. The living room can be divided from the rest of the ground floor with sliding pocket doors, should there be a need to create a separate area.

The teenager bedrooms on the first floor have a quirky design feature - a secret 'mousehole' passage; think 'the wardrobe in The Lion, The Witch & the Wardrobe' linking the bedrooms through their wardrobes - with their own monochrome bathroom and a serene en-suite master bedroom on the top floor.

Parking and accessibility

Paid for, on street parking is readily available via park mobile and spaces are generally always available directly outside our property, or we can arrange a parking permit for you at an additional cost to you per vehicle.

We are mobility impaired accessible however our downstairs toilet is NOT wheelchair accessible, I'm sorry to say.

Amenities

We are very close to Earlsfield and Wandsworth Common overground stations and not too far away from Clapham South, Balham, Tooting Bec & Tooting Broadway underground stations all on the Northern Line, as well as being near to a host of amenities on Garratt Lane and nearby Southside Shopping Centre. Our meticulously clean home is ideal for small crew shoots. You can also find more images and walk-around videos of the place on instagram @openviewshootlocation
