Factory Studio C
2 Unique photography and film studios in West London, with two studios that can be interconnected or booked separately. Studio D (location 2640) is also listed on this site as well as two green rooms in the adjacent building to host creative teams, whilst filming takes place.
Situated in a beautiful, converted car factory, both studios have a fully equipped kitchen, making these perfect for recipe testing and food filming and photography spaces.
Each studio has the benefit of a private terrace with unrivalled east facing city views for an additional seating area and relaxation spaces on clear days.
Our two Studios are open plan and designed to be flexible with moveable islands and appliances. They are ideal for all types of stills photography, editorial, social and advertising, as well as film shoots or video for social media creation.
For longer filming shoots and TV we also allow painting of the kitchen areas to enable the space to be personalised and stylised to suit your design requirements. We have a team of decorators to do this and would price this separately.

Both studios are situated on the 4th floor and come with cambo stands.

Studio C

· Front Terrace with Bi Folds access. The studio is supplied with black poly boards to block out these doors.

The Green Rooms - We now have two stunning green rooms that can be booked to run alongside your shoot in the adjacent building, perfect for additional space that may be required for larger advertising and filming shoots. Please email for further information.
Breakfast, lunch and any catering can be arranged with two great local catering companies.
Props can be unpacked and repacked at a fee.
Rules and restrictions
We do not host or take bookings for parties.We do allow small private dining (dependent on numbers) on weekends only.
Photography and film bookings can be made on weekends at a higher fee.
Our hours are 8.30 to 5.30 Monday to Friday and overtime is charged outside of these hours and any hour over is £120 PH.
The studios are to be left clean, exactly as you find them and clients will be fined for cleaning costs and any damage.
