We have over 1000 properties listed on our website, each one available to be rented out for filming and photoshoots, but we’re continuously looking to expand our portfolio with new properties. As a south east UK based location agency, London houses and properties are most prevalent on our website, but we are looking to feature more properties across the country and welcome applications from across the UK.

How to Register Your Property

It’s easy to list your house for film locations with Locations Direct. Simply fill out the form below so we know a bit more about you and your property. If you can, attach an example image as this will help us with your application. Once we’ve received your application, our team will review it. If we think your property is suitable for our website, we’ll list it for free! 

Taking Bookings

When we list your property on our website, we will deal with all the communication and organisation of the bookings. We will notify you when someone takes interest in your property and – provided you’re in a position to take the booking on the day presented by the client – we will organise everything so you don’t have to. All that we ask of you is that your property is kept in the condition it is advertised on our website, making sure that it is clean and ready to accommodate the production crews on the day of the booking. 

It is worth being mindful that when you accept bookings, depending on the nature of the project and the length of the booking, it may cause disruption to your daily life, so please take adequate time to consider this before you register your property.

Location Photography

 

If you already have your own photographs you are more than welcome to send us these. If you would like to heighten your shoot appeal and show your space at its best, then we would always recommend have professional photographs taken. This will ensure that we have the best images of your property and cover all of the angles needed. We find that locations with great images always get the most enquiries.
