Location Overview

4-bedroom terraced family house located in Wimbledon, refurbished to an exceptional standard by an award-winning designer. Just a short stroll from public transportation, with Wimbledon Station a mere 5-minute walk away and South Wimbledon Station reachable within 15 minutes.

At the moment, we're only offering the entire ground floor. We are not offering the front of the house, or the garden. This is a family home. Please note that the owner may be working upstairs during the rental period. Availability: Usually 7am-7pm. Need advance notice for out of hours booking, as we have young children.

Noise: There is a tram that runs along the back of the garden, but it's not noisy, and the residents of the road hardly notice it. It has not impacted interest in the property to date.However, during a site visit, it's advisable to check if the noise level is acceptable.

Transport and parking: The property has excellent access to public transportation, typical of London locations. Street parking is limited, but we can organise street parking for cars for £5 per car per day.
