The house is located in a lovely Georgian square in Brixton, South London. Built around 1870,  it is an end terrace with good all round parking. Very close to Brixton tube station (Victoria line). Split over 4 levels, on the lower ground floor they have an open plan kitchen and dining area which leads out to the garden and garage; downstairs toilet and small pantry. The entrance hall, living room with working open fire and study is on the next level. On the first floor there is a bright double bedroom, next to this is a large bathroom with bath and shower. On the top floor they have two more double bedrooms, one is a spare guest room white the other is being used as a work space. Permit parking around the square and down Brighton Terrace.
